Acceptable Use Policy

Spitnova turns photos into short AI-generated rap videos. These rules apply to every photo you upload and every video you make or share.

How videos are made

Each template sends your photo(s) and a fixed scene description to Seedance 2.0 Mini, a video model made by ByteDance. You do not write prompts. Spitnova is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by ByteDance or any artist.

Every video is AI-generated. It is not real footage of you or anyone else, and the sound is an original AI track, not the song from the trend.

Your photos

• Upload only photos of yourself or of adults who have agreed to appear in the video.
• Do not upload photos of children, celebrities, politicians or other public figures.
• Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.

Content you may not make

• Sexual or nude content of any kind.
• Violence, gore, self-harm or threats.
• Hate speech, harassment or bullying of a person or group.
• Any content involving minors in a sexual or unsafe way. We report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: videos meant to make a real person appear to say or do something they did not, or to pass as someone else.
• Content that infringes copyright or trademarks, including other people’s logos, characters or likeness.

How we review content

Uploaded photos are checked by an automated safety service before anything is generated. Every finished video is checked again before it is delivered to you; a video that fails the check is not delivered and its credits are refunded. We keep the results of these checks and of our own reviews.

What happens if you break these rules

• We remove the video and any related uploads.
• For serious or repeated violations we close the account. Unused credits on a closed account are not refunded.
• We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities.

Report a video or appeal a decision

Email hello@spitnova.com with a link or description of the video, or, if you are signed in, use the report form with its creation ID. A person reads every report.

If we removed your content or closed your account and you think we got it wrong, email hello@spitnova.com within 30 days and we will review it again.
