Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Spitnova collects, why, and what rights you have. We only collect what we need to run the Service.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: your name, email address and a hashed password, or your basic Google profile if you sign in with Google.
• Billing data: your plan, purchase history and credit balance. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Files: files you upload, stored privately and visible only to you.
• Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for sign-in sessions, security and rate limiting.
• Usage and marketing data: the link or website that brought you here (for example campaign parameters), pages you visit and actions you take in the product, used to understand which channels work and how to improve the Service.

2. How we use it

• to create and secure your account and keep you signed in;
• to process payments and manage your subscription and credits;
• to send service emails such as email verification, password reset and billing notices;
• to prevent abuse, fraud and automated attacks.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Service providers

• Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, bot protection and email forwarding.
• Stripe: payment processing, and merchant of record where applicable.
• Resend: sending service emails.
• Google: sign-in (only if you choose Sign in with Google), Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Microsoft Clarity: anonymised heatmaps and session replays that show how pages are used.
• SeeAPI: automated safety checks on prompts, uploaded images and AI-generated videos. Generated videos are checked before they are delivered to you; SeeAPI reads the video through a temporary private link.
• SeeAPI: generates your videos with the Seedance model; it reads your uploaded photos through temporary private links.

These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside your country.

4. Cookies

We use these cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential: keeping you signed in, and Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.
• Attribution: a first-party cookie that remembers how you first found us (for our own aggregate statistics).
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity cookies that measure visits and page usage. These load only after you choose Accept all, or turn on analytics cookies in Cookie settings.

We do not sell this data or use it for third-party advertising. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; choosing Essential only removes existing analytics cookies.

5. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, files and credit history, except billing records we must keep for tax and accounting law.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we process it. Email hello@spitnova.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

The Service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from them; if you believe a minor has an account, email hello@spitnova.com and we will delete it.

7. Changes

If we change this policy in a significant way we will notify you by email or in the Service.
